And we doubled down on new recipes; tonight we also tried the George&#8217;s Bank scallops (frozen) from <a href=\"http:\/\/traderjoes.com\/\">Trader Joe&#8217;s<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>Verdict: The risotto was fantastic. The scallops had a good texture but tasted a tad fishy.
