Haven't found a good pinkberry-like experience here, though I must admit I haven't tried that hard. Tuttimelon in San Francisco was pretty good (we had a pomegranate yogurt with strawberry, mango, and mochi).

Awesome, thanks for the tip on Molly's. The salt and caramel sounds really good! I had a salted peanut butter ice cream at Veil in Queen Anne before and even though it sounded dubious at best, it turned out to be a surprise hit. I think I'd have to pass on the balsamic strawberry however, as I've had balsamic vinegar ice cream at a famous gellato ice creamery in Vancouver and it was tearfully awful.

If you ever find yourself in the Redmond area, there's a Theno's Dairy (previously Vivian's Pride) that makes fresh ice cream from a local milk farm.

Agreed on the Pinkberry copycat crazy btw. Curious if you have tried any of them and found a favorite? There's a few on the Eastside but none that stand out particularly.
